I used the "Basic Plans" of the 60" Twin Otter found here (https://www.flitetest.com/articles/60-twin-otter-scratch-build) to build my version of the Twin Otter. Note that the Plans don't have all the parts to complete the build so you'll need to improvise. But it was a fun build and she flew very well. I made a few additions and changes to the plans and I still have more. As you can see I added a door to get to the battery, extra support to the tail feathers..... And I changed how the wings are mounted. I hate using rubberbands so I mount the wing with fixed support on the wings and barbeque skewers to hold it on the plane. I had fixed landing gear but I will eventually change to a moving nose gear. As you will see from the Maiden flight video it wasn't a problem. Also note I have a video camera mounted on the nose. Ready for FPV flights. Oh, I used 1000kv motors and 10" props. Here's the video.
