I love HK because of the HUGE selection and good price-to-quality ratio, which means great VALUE. Everything is not always perfect, but overall VALUE is best in business. The two regional warehouses provide very good shipping prices in the U.S., especially for large items. Keep them stocked.
Questions:
1) Why can't HK keep spare parts in stock for its airplanes? Especially "common breakage" items, e.g., props, retracts, etc. I think lack of spare parts is hurting HK's sales of expensive items like Durafly models.
2) For items (especially big, heavy things) offered only in the International Warehouse: Is there a way to make a list (on-line) so that you can find out how many people want such items in a particular region? If enough people want it, then you could send some to the appropriate warehouse.
3) When will Durafly make another EDF model? Do you have any possible EDF subjects now?
