size of fuses in parallel charging board

Hi there,

I just bougt some parallel charging boards (this one). It comes with 40A fuses. The Lipos I want to charge can handle a maximum of 13A charging current (e.g. current flow between lipos), so for my understanding, a 40A fuse doesn't protect the lipo in this case. Since I never want to reach 13A on a single lipo, I thought about using 10A fuses on the parallel charging boards. Now I am in a dilemma. I want to charge all the lipos (12 of them) with 20A. Would this blow the 10A fuses or am I thinking wrong here? How do you guys handle fuse sizes?

I think the fuses have more benefits that the protextion against dead shorts. They should protect the lipos from to much current flowing into them, which could happen when you plug in lipos with a big voltage disparity. The ones you suggested are not fused. Thats why they are cheaper.
