Thin film solar cell can fly now, very tuff, a lot of crash can't break it.Just paste it on the wing and fly!

wingspan 1.4m weight 0.36kg
power film solar cell, 7.7w*4=30.8w max ,total 6.4V 4.8A, efficiency ~11%,weights 32g*4=128g .
tmotor AM40kv1500+9048 3Dprop, 12A ESC, 5g servo*2.
Solar cell attach to ESC directly.
use 1s battery as receiver power.
*MADE IN CHINA*

Who wouldn't want to build their own solar-powered aircraft, right? It's like a science fiction dream come true. The fact that it can withstand crashes is seriously impressive. I can just imagine the fun (and maybe a bit of frustration) of testing it out and seeing what it can handle. Plus, using thin film solar cells for power? That's some next-level innovation. And hey, props for supporting solar energy! It's awesome to see DIY projects like this contributing to sustainable practices. Definitely gonna check out that link https://solarsmart.ie. Who knows, maybe I'll be inspired to try my hand at building something similar.
