Soldering. What not to do

This is the wrong way to hold a Soldering iron.
Am I right?
Lets talk about good soldering procedures and techniques.
BTW. I found the pic on REDDIT today and had to share.

I found this series of soldering lessons on YouTube to be very good. They reminded me of the teaching the Ham down the road, WA5QKE, gave me when I was a kid.

Nice but can't get lead based solder anymore. Obviously those are pics with untechnical models and cold irons. If you think that is representative, I have a bridge in Brooklyn or land in Florida that I can sell you cheap.

Here in the states we can still get lead 60-40 solder hate using non lead solder makes life more difficult.

When you have a couple pounds of work pilfered solder in various diameter and flux, you don't pay much attention to availability. Do know I cant buy it at my local hardware store in bars like I used to.
