Who's using the AdTech Pro 100?

While the FT gang espouses the AdTech Pro 200, I figured I'm not quite as "industrial" as they are.

I noticed an AdTech Pro 100 and snatched it up. While I'm generally pretty pleased with it, I'm wondering if others are seeing the same issues I am and perhaps have a resolution:

1. The gun leaks molten glue back into the trigger mechanism, eventually gumming up the works so bad it requires a disassembly and cleanout. This is not a fun task. Worse, it seems to seize up right during the most delicate parts of a build!

2. My glue seems to set up a lot faster than Bixler's. I am using the full size, multi-temp, clear sticks (cat # 220-1110 on back) that I think I got from WalMart. Josh often mentions that you have ~30 seconds to get things in place. If I wait that long, the edges would bounce off each other!!! Wrong glue or technique issue?

Thanks!
