Windy Mini Warbirds Speed Run - BF109 vs F4U vs P-51 vs Spitfire

Fun little warbirds, plane's gyros were working pretty good to keep them in the air. Managed to get them across the shaking speedo and record their top two speeds for 1-pack.

AUW with 1s 400mah - BF109 (60g) , F4U (56.9g), P-51 (55.2g), SPITFIRE (58.5g)

Looks like the spitfire is considerably quicker. Although on the last pass it looks like you about bit the dust.

Heavy winds for these little planes and had a few crashes during the runs. Very strong crash resistant foam and the props are made to pop off when they crash to save the shaft and motor. To me the Spitfire prop looks bigger and gets a bigger bite in the air.
