auto reply mail Hobby King ERROR?

All the the mail's I got from Hobby King after my order looked like this:



No info at all, anyone else have this problem?
I did contact Hobby King via mail but no reply.

My latest order was two weeks ago and it was fine. I use Gmail web client (gmail.com)
