Building Square - Square with 2 wide faces

A simple building square with 2 wide faces so you don't dent the foam board. I've included the Fusion 360 file. It's parametric so to change size just change user parameter "L" to the size you want. The stl file is for a 4" square. "The table is your friend!"

One additional point to make is you should round off the 90 degree corner for when it is time to add the adhesive(epoxy, hotglue, etc) to the 2 pieces and if you have excessive run out, it won't glue the building square to your material.

I pulled it into Tinker Cad but the hollow tool (cutting) doesn't seem to encompass the entire angle top to bottom. Most likely operator error.

I put a small radius on it, I can’t remember how much. I also included the fusion 360 file, so feel free to modify it however, you like.
