ElectraFly Spectra Missing Canopy

The canopy on my Spectra blew off and is probably in the next county. Spectra replacement canopies are out of production/unobtainable. Does anybody know of a YouTube video or other ideas on scratch-building a replacement? Thank you.

Welcome to the forum!

If you can carve a block of balsa to fit the place where the canopy was, then carve/sand it to shape, you can then use it as a form to make a new one from a water bottle using a heat gun.

Our own earthsciteach did an "interesting" video demoing the technique for a much larger cowling with a 2L bottle, but a small cheapo 20oz water bottle will likely work for what you want:
