I made an order at the FT Store and after placing it, I realized I had forgot two things. I placed a second order and I would like to send them an email to see if they can combine the orders. Not sure if they would do that, but I think its worth a shot.

they dont re to standard emails most of the time use the form that earthsciteach gave you im missing a battery strap in my order and they were very proactive about replying to my email

It has two modes of operation: "Contact us" and "Chat with us". The former is what you saw and is what appears when Fred (Flying Monkey) is unavailable; it allows you to leave a message. The latter indicates that the chat is live.

(How do I know? Just ask Fred. I bother him ALL THE TIME.)
