So far I've got the fuselage and wings done now I've got to do the motor nacelle.

Have you attached the wings and fuse yet? I found that to be the hardest and most frustrating part. Overall it’s my second favorite build I’ve done (#1 is the edge) and I’m excited to build another one!

Yes I have attached them using barbecue skewers .the wings didn't seem as bad as the rear. I ended up creasing the foam trying to fold it over.
Any pictures?
The bbq skewers are a good idea. Did you double them up, or just use four?

I just used 4 and stuck them down pretty far. It seemed sturdy enough.🤷♂️

Cool. My 1st sea angel I made with the popsicle stick braces and it held up to a lot of rough landings. I was fairly new to the hobby when I built it - it was I think my 3rd or 4th plane that I flew well, and it seemed to tip stall easily upon approach so I had a lot of less than perfect landings. That’s how it finally retired - after many bad landings (and some good ones as well) the wing finally came off and since I had had it for some time and fixed it several times I just didn’t feel like fixing it again. I’m eager to build v2 though!
Yay - this thread is picking up steam! Glad you have snow - I don’t yet but I’m hoping for some soon...
So I started mine today. I built one wing half and started the fuselage as well. It’s coming together nicely, but I’m bummed I can’t find the magnets that came in my kit. Oh well.
Yeah, it has a ton of pieces but with them comes a very rewarding build. Andres is absolutely amazing at designing, and this is my second favorite plane to build, with the edge coming in first. The goblin was a blast too.

Well kinda - it was a collaborative effort between him, Josh, and Andres. You can definitely tell Andres did a lot with it though.
