I would just to know the best place to mount the camera and what to use to mount it on the plane

I've got a SuperCub DSM and I've mounted mine to the battery door with a velcro strap. I wouldn't do it though if you haven't already done the battery box reinforcement modification though.

Maybe try something smaller. Drift Stealth is a really easy to mount cam. It's small and has rotating lens, so you may easily attach it wherever you need. Moreover it is light and aerodynamic, so wouldn't disturb your plane's flight.
