Help! How to print decals for 3d printed planes?

Hey guys, I’m currently printing the J-3 Piper Cub. The plane has these really freaking awesome decals or skins. I do not have something that can print this nor am I willing to buy a separate machine. I have a 3d printer, and an inkjet printer. Is there a service at a staples that could print this?

FYI - I had a very hard time getting vinyl and water slip decals to stick to the lwpla.

I would like to have some sort of cub numbers and the logo on it, should I print it and just use clear enamel spray paint.
