Can a mighty mini arrow be flown with out power and if so how should it be balanced. Thanks keith

yes the mini arrow is really good at gliding. I would move the CG two inches back.

The CG should be in the same place if the model is powered or not. I would put the CG where the plans suggest for the powered version. You can also build it without the center pod as you don't need to mount a motor.

Where would the CG go without needing to mount the motor?

About 1cm farther back I believe.
