It took me a moment to realize that it was already shot from a multicopter before the music started. That must've been a few takes before they got it in this one shot.

This wasn't a quad. It was one take, but it was a giant stedicam mounted on a truck which ran on a road built alongside the track. The track was built just for this shot.

Yea, I was bamboozled by a friend. I then looked at it again and could plainly see the road at the end of the video.

But I'm thinking it could be done MUCH cheaper with a multi.
