Need Help understanding motors

I have been in RC for many years but just recently got into electric. I watched Episode 6 about motors, but I'm still lost on the entire equation.

I am building a FT Versa wing (Pusher), I have a 12 amp, 25 amp, and 40 amp ESC laying around and a lot of 3s 2200mha 30C Lipos from my 450 size helicopter.

What would be a good motor choice? I dont want to buy the entire package from Lazertoys since I have most of the components. I was hoping to order a cheap motor from Hobby king since money is a little tight!

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks! From looking at the specs and the little I did learn, It looks good to me! I heard 100W per 1 LB of airplane is a good number. I dont think I will be over 1.6 LBs, and for $9 I'll take a chance!
