Just about finished with my Old Speedster. When I put the battery in the fuselage and set it down on the table I noticed the landing gear was sagging. The one rubber band was stretched just from the weight of the plane and battery. So I decided to come up with something a bit firmer. Made a landing gear doubler from foam board, cut a few holes, then added some bamboo skewer pieces. The wire landing gear holds on with small tie wraps.
