Once upon a time (i.e., this morning) in a tiny little town!

I was driving through Springerville, AZ this morning to go cut some firewood and what do my eyes see?
Just sitting there with no one around.

Parked at a little tire shop.

It was still there a couple hours later when I passed it on my way home.

(I have no I idea where I should have put this thread.)
