P-38 group build!

No before I started using Rhino I did one the old fashioned way and cheap drawing software "DrawPlus X8 " , loads of measuring and using then the software to draw and print your sketch but it was scae. Still downstairs This is a couple pictures of it, I think about a 50" ws. I have a few good air planes that worked out good, more that didn't View attachment 152113 View attachment 152114

4 inch would work fine probably. If I do landing gear it will be 3 inch because that's what I have

4's would look fine, definitely thick LG wire.

Ok, cool. I may go a little smaller, but we will see. I might skip the landing gear and do it as a belly lander.

I am not sure what I want to build next. Still learning how to program the new T16 TX , a new language for me . I had started on converting the full size FT Mustang files to my foam and then my tx showed up and now it and the 4XTrouble have me occupied.

Do you not have a local hobby store that sells music wire? the most common one I use is the 3/32" one but if it is a tiny bird just buy light/thinner stuff.

A bird like that, the 4" would look sweet, plus thicker wire for sure.

Alrighty! I probably will use a 1500 3s. Kinda small but my next size up is a 5000 mah 3s...

I will say if my Goblin can carry a 5450 3s and then some the P-38 will carry a 5000 3s fore sure. You have twice the motor power being a twin, and probably 30-40% more wing span.
