Lots of bugs with the black edition documented. Firstly make sure your gopro has been flashed with latest firmware update, simply check gopro site for more info. Secondly I have seen handful of issues with card quality and or compatibility causing camera to stop recording intermittently (may explain audio mis sync) and if camera not recording live feed gets cut off shortly there after.
