Reducing Plans help

Greetings,
I noticed when I reduce the seize of plans I run into some issue of the folds area you need to do "A" or "B" fold I am working on p38 http://flitetest.com/articles/p38-lightning-twin-engine-goodness, want to down seize it to 800mm.
When you reducing the plans the thickness for the foal board no longer allows a nice clean fit.

The reason is the plans don't know you are working with something thicker than paper. When you reduce the prints, you must take this into account yourself and redo the A/B fold gap to the thickness of the original lines which were spaced for the proper thickness of foam.
