Repairing the Dromida Ominus

Hey guys...any of you ever repaired these things? Mine has taken a royal shellacking as I learn the ins and outs of multirotor aviation and I have made a few simple repairs...but I'm reluctant to start futzing with stuff without talking to the experts first.

All the parts look straight forward to replace but I have only partial power on the rear right rotor. I replaced the motor but am only getting a few RPM at full throttle. Is that a board level failure? The gears are meshing and all else looks fine.

Your two bits is sincerely appreciated.

Is it possible to plug another boom's motor lead into the suspect port? (I've played with other micro quads, but not the dromida)

If the other motor does the same, yeah, you've got a blown motor driver circuit. you'll need to replace the board.

If the other motor performs just fine, it's in the mechanical power train of the misbehaving motor -- check everything for binding.
