So when I am arming My Quad, and give a little throttle, On cleanflight GUI its showing that there are some oscillations on a certain random point while the quad is not even moving. (Keeping it steady) These oscillations are trying to be corrected by the pids. Thus the motors are not being able to correct the imaginary oscillations that the fc is reading so they will be out of sync and the quad will tumble over at that stage. Any ideas of what can I do to fix this? I tried turning off the accelerometer completely and also calibrating escs. Issue persisted. Also installed an older firmware for my naze but still the same issue.

HW :
Naze32 rev6 Flight Controller
4 X EMAX rs2205 Brushless Motor
4 X DYS XM20 ESC

Are you experiencing periodic earthquakes?

Sorry, but I've never heard of this issue before. Hopefully someone will be able to help out.

Sort of a random thought, but are all your rotors the same brand, balanced, and balanced to the same weight?

Is this happening after you take off into a hover? If you arm the motors and let them spin on the ground then there will be vibrations that you can't see going into the FC. If left on the ground the motors can't correct the error and over time will spin at different speeds. If the PIDs are bad then the result will probably be worse.

Have you tried adding some isolation to the FC? Looks like it's solidly mounted to the frame. 4 small o-rings under the FC could go a long way to eliminating vibrations that can cause all kinds of problems like you're describing.
