UMX Radian Mobius Platform

I have seen it said that the UMX Radian can't handle a keychain camera. Well, here is mine with a Mobius Action cam. I secured it over the CG. The Velcro didn't get a great hold but it was good enough. The little radian climbed nicely under throttle and was stable. Don't plan on riding thermals, and the view through the prop sucks, but if you want to catch some video and have a small area to fly from the UMX radian will work.

I would be afraid the wings would fold up! Glad they didn't. I was actually thinking about putting a hobby king wing camera on mine to see if it would work...

it is 10 grams lighter and half the price of the mobius if things went really bad

I wasn't doing any high G stuff like I do with out it. Those wing are very flexible! Notreallyme and I have down 200ft dives and I will loop out if it, the wings visibly flex. My flight with the camera was gentle and I didn't notice any flex. That wing camera should be a really nice fit.

I really enjoy the delta ray as a camera platform. I can mount the camera over the 'cockpit" and balance with the battery and have no props visible in the shot.
