In the beginning of the movie there is a scene were they are weaving between sailboats, the plane they were using is the f6f and i think its on the ft store which could make it more popular. It could be a cool fpv challenge and it would look amazing for spectators to see the planes they could build weaving between sailboats.

Amazing idea! and it was an f8f bearcat, not an f6f hellcat, hellcats were out of service right after ww2 generally, replaced by bearcats. It would still look really cool with their hellcat though, especially if you add it beign chased by their zero fro extra excitement
