Any brand works. I use Bob Smith, but have used LePage, and others in the past. The low odor stuff works just as good as the stinky stuff. I think the low odor stuff is worth the extra cost when using it in the house.

is 5 minute epoxy just as well none of it seems to say anything about using On Styrofoam ?

5min is more flexable, 30 min is stronger and more rigid. Use 5min where you need faster cure time or a little bit of flex, 30min when you want strong and hard.
