Will my plane take off?

I have built a simple cub from speed build and I am using 2200 3s battery and a 9x8.6 prop. My motor spins fast and will work when I throw it but whenever it gains height then it falls down. Ps I am using neutral elevator when it is 10 feet up bc I don’t want it to go higher and fall and break. Every time I use neutral elevator it just falls.

Sounds like you need some up trim.
The plane will fly much better when trimed to fly straight & level.

BTW, flying 10 feet off the ground is the most dangerous place to fly. No time to correct if you push the stick the wrong direction. While learning you want to be 100-200 feet high. This will allow you to make about 3 mistakes before you hit the ground.
