Part LW Aileron Horns 2023-02-04

I wanted a set of aileron corner boxes and controls that would allow me to use one servo for the ailerons, reduce weight, reduce roll inertia, eliminate needing servo extensions and not have big servos sticking out of the wings. The plastic pieces for one "set" totals 3.1 grams and is only 5 mm thick at the corner boxes that can easily hidden in almost any wing.

I've include 3 versions of the corner box control horns with 0°, 10° and 20° so you can incorporate aileron deflection differential of your choice.
