“Bixler” style tiny trainer mod

I was looking on Google today to give me ideas for a paint color and came across a modified tiny trainer. They said it was Bixler style. I was wondering if anybody has heard of this or has made it. It makes the trainer into a pusher. I want to build one but not exactly sure how to
