Went out side on Sunday to try and get some cool shots of the frost on the trees with the sun on it. I got everything ready to go, went outside and came right back in because I smelled something hot shortly after I plugged it in. For this reason I'm not a big fan of all in 1 components. What are others using on the Turbo gremlin or similar (20x20) quads. I don't mind soldering so I was leaning towards the emax 15a esc but havn't found a PDB solution yet.

I was hoping to go away from the 4 in 1 esc especially since I was having difficulty finding the layers of the stack individually and it seems like a waste to replace 3 good esc if one's gone bad.
I did finally found the stack layers individually though.
