Help! AR400 won't bind

AR400 RX. Have never had an issue with it. Plug in power, and I get an orange LED for a few seconds, then it goes out. ESC bleeps every second or so showing loss of signal. No response to TX commands.

I insert a bind plug, and the apply power the the RX, expecting to see rapidly flashing orange LEDs. I get nothing. No lights, no response.

Battery is good.
Tried it with an external BEC as well, same issue.

Is this RX cooked?

Probably... Use a volt meter to confirm proper voltage supply. If that's okay, it's time to buy a new Rx.
