Batteries for ~200 class mini drones. Turngy NanoTechs?

Hi everyone,
I have been looking online for batteries and came across Turnigy nano-tech batteries. They have some impressive specs especially for the price.
I was wondering if they were too good to be true. Anyone know if Something like a Turnigy Nano-Tech 1300mAh 3 or 4S 45~90C is any good for freestyle/racing quads?

I'm thinking of getting them they are so cheap, but im not sure if they can actually hold up to the amp draw that they claim they can. If anyone has any links to any stress testing of these batteries, that would be awesome.

I've used these batteries for foam board and balsa airplanes and found them to work just fine, but I haven't used them in a high amp multi-rotor scenario.
