Bixler throttle backwards

The throttle is off in the upper position and full speed in the lower position. Mode 2. I want to have off in the lower position
Also, right servo's neutral position is 15 degrees down.

Any ideas

You have to reverse the throttle on your transmitter, that way it will be right.
About that servo, have you checked your trims? If that's not the problem, you probably have to screw the linkage horn on the servo off and turn it a little so that it is correct.

Reversing the throttle channel will solve your problem - It's done with a little switch on the transmitter.

...And it's channel 3, if it wasn't marked.
You might know that but, eh.
