Looking good! When do you think it'll be ready for a maiden?

It should fly now. The issue is, I don't own a private flying field and it's unclear if joining a club is worthwhile at this point given the legal status of scratch building. Also it's cold and rainy and windy and I keep crashing in the simulator.

So jealous of all these people that live on farms.

You should become friends with a farmer. I fly at local baseball fields. Two or three adjacent ball fields make a big enough flying field. The dirt infield makes for a smooth runway.

@CampRobber - great thread - also like your V tail development - I am using camber adjusted wings on a current build at the moment. 😀

Hah, neat. Does the throw seem far too small to you?

The body is 1/16 inch? That might die on landing!
