Rotor riot recently made a video on a cheater quad, with two fpv cameras to do impossible tricks. Flite Test should make a cheater plane, where you can fly "inverted" forever, just reverse the rudder and elevator channels and maybe flip the wing upside down on a pretty scale looking plane to fly upside down with normal controls.

There are existing designs on the forum, (from contributors), that already are capable of such flight requirements.
If you make the vertical fin to be equally exposed on both top and bottom of the fuselage then there would be no noticeable difference between the normal way up and the inverted state apart from the battery hatch.
The one that comes to mind is a design called the Quick Trick which is a mind wing 1/2A racer design with a symmetrical wing profile.
The only real issue is one of disorientation and possible control confusion.
