Chrome won't load homepage fully

This is kind of a small but irritating problem. I enjoy Flitetest from a lot of different conputers and browsers but my daily driver laptop won't load the homepage and several others fully in Chrome. I get the logo, title and right banner but below that I see "Awesome Search Engine" and a progress bar that says "Loading".

If anyone has a hint at a solution I'd appreciate it so I don't always have to open a second browser on this computer to view the whole site. I've checked that Chrome and other components are up to date.

I run chrome with no problems at home, but what you describe matches up with what I see at work . . . using IE. Perhaps it's not your browser but your network?

In all fairness, there *are* some . . . quirks of the site I see on both. I wouldn't call the sites bulletproof.

Common problems might be:

- javascript disabled?
- antivir blocking javascript or content from the site
- firewall " " " " " " "
- adblock " " " " " " "
