I was tired of searching for throw gauges or printing new ones. This protractor is 2 1/2" per side so it's small enough to measure control surfaces and can go positive or negative. It has major divisions at 10° and minor at 2°. I made the outside so that it easily pinches against the inside to hold your angle. The one in the picture is printed in two filament colors using Prusa Slicer.

This looks like an amazingly useful tool. I will be printing one ASAP. In what orientation did you print each of the parts?

Print the center part flat and the outside part vertical with support, I used organic in Prusa slicer.

A small piece of 1.75mm filament provided the axle for me. Thanks again.
Ooh, good idea! I wasn't looking forward to buying an M2 bolt for it.
I just stuck some filament in mine and heated the ends to squash them flat as a plastic rivet.

I presume you have a multi-color printer? I'm just using a single color Ender 3 V2 but the two colors really make the dial look great.
I do not have a multi-color printer. Just painted in the hatch marks with a whiteout pen.
