DXe and flaperons???

I want to buy a simple cub and run flaperons. Is that possible with a DXe? I am wanting to run flaperons on a few different planes. I’m hoping I can make it work. Please help!!!

I think the DXe can only do aileron/rudder/rudder and elevon mixing.

I think it can be done, but you'll need a 6 channel programmable RX like an AR636, as the DXe is not a computer radio. You'd then have to use the programming cable to set the mixes in the RX and assign it to the flap channel on the TX. It's a giant pain, and the AR636 and programming cable are expensive. One of the many reasons I finally bit the bullet and bought a DX8e. Now I can program flaperons on any plane through the TX. Much simpler and easier to adjust in the field.

I think I will just make separate flaps. Looks and sounds difficult on a good day.
