Help! Electronics balancing

Hey guys!
I decided to at least figure out the electronics for the earlier version of the latest crash that I did, I figured the problem that I had was that my esc or moter would start heating up. I had a 3s battery with a HGLRC 1407-3600kv motor, does anybody know what size ESC I need, if you have any questions on the set up I’ll try to answer them. Thanks!

I usually run 20A ESCs on my 140x motors.

Motor heat sounds more like you were over propped for the motor. What prop(s) were you running?

I was using either a 3“ or 4”, though I think the moter overheated when I used the 4 inch

Either of those should be fine, especially only on 3S. I usually run mine on 4S.

Check to make sure you don't have a motor bolt screwed in too far hitting the motor windings.

yeah, sometimes you just need a 1mm washer in there, other times you need shorter bolts. It's bitten a lot of us at one point or another.
