Suddenly it hit me, "a plane is born" from back in the day!!!
I was still figuring out why I (and I thing i'm not the only one) like the show so much. Then I had one of those Sunday life reflecting flashback from roughly ten years ago. It hit me, "a plane is born" presented by Mark Evans on Discovery Channel.
The concept has about the same ingredients; funny and informative presenter, and he does that what we all like to do if money and time would not be a constraint, build an airplane! Just like Flitetest!!!
It hasn't been aired for a long time but I found the show on YouTube. Great memories and for those who haven't seen this show. It goes also into the principle of flight and aircraft design, albeit in full scale
