FT Edge 540 question

Just about finished my Edge 540 build, in the kit there is a piece of ply wood about 1 1/4 wide by 1 3/4 long any one know what this is for? Been throught the build video 3 times, am I missing something?

All the build kits come with that piece. Some use it, some don't. It's used in the FT 3D to spilce the wing halves. I don't remember using one in the FT Edge 540.

Actually, you may be talking about something different than I am. I saw your dimension as 1-1/4" x 13". The piece I am refering to is roughly the size of a paint stir stick.
