Depending on how you scale up the Simple Stick it should work pretty well for that application.

Will this work with the Scout XL speed build kit, since it has double thickness sides on the power pod? Or just trim back the double layer?

So I just printed this and am building my first scout XL. I glued the power pod together before I was finished printing the firewall. Now that I'm looking at it, what is the best way to attach the firewall?? Should I carve out some of the foam from the power pod to make it fit?

Also, the fire wall is a smidge too large for the airplane, should I also trip the foam on the airframe to fit the new firewall??
