Yes. Especially if you build the straight (no dehedral) wing. The good news it rarely gets destroyed when it happens. The TT is a fast plane its like a rocket-ship compared to flying my Tundra. Probably more accurately described as a 'warbird trainer' in that it does tip stall and is much faster than a cub or similar 'first plane' model. I built 2 at the beginning of last summer as my first plane to "learn to fly on". I encountered the tip stalling issue, kept at it, now I hammer it all over the sky only limited by plane's capabilities. It's a great trainer for RC in general but is fast and is less forgiving than a Bixler or Tundra.
