After over 25 years I'm getting back into RC (thanks to finding the FT website). Wow, things have changed! While looking at 2.4 ghz Tx's I noticed some are advertised as "Full Range" ... what the difference from a regular Tx? Thanks! Keith

Full range is what I would call a "normal" transmitter. About 2-3km of range (1.5-2 miles). A non-full range transmitter looks more like a playstation controller.

Also, the "non" full range systems are only suitable for parkflyers or models with limited range. That kinda goes without saying, but you never know ;)
