Glue for transfering plans to poster board

ok i ran across one of your episodes where you talked about transferring free plans to poster board to make stencils for repairs and what not. Problem is i ran across that episode on accident and now i can't find it. anyone have any ideas as to what spray glue i should use to do this with? any help would be appreciated.
