I use Hobbyking quite often, they are pretty reliable. There’s a couple of bigger online stores in Canada. Maybe other Canadian FT builders might have links for you? There’s a few on here.

Great Hobbies isn’t too bad, though it seems a lot of items aren’t in stock, so that adds a week or two (sometimes longer) onto shipping times. Rotor Village is pretty good for electronics, but is specializes in quads, so that’s about it. $12 for shipping isn’t bad, but it’s hard to justify if sometimes I’m only buying $40 worth of stuff.
