There was an episode where two people played with some servos but they left out the meat: What do the Servo Specification sheets mean. Digital and Analog were not discussed at all nor was anything said about the 5, 6, 7 volt rating that are used on some servos to give the impression of a better servo while not explaining that to get 6 or 7 volt you need to create your own power source. Metal gears or Plastic? Reading the post about servos show a lot of stripped gears when they are plastic, maybe someone can figure out the % of failure? Great shows but the guy crashing into planes just makes me sad.
