Hey PsyBorg. I was barking up the wrong tree for some of the issues. The FC and ESC is by FETtec and I also had the Impulse regulator board and OSD connected with a wiring harness. Got a hold of FETec support and here's what they had me do:

1. Route OSD wires above FC, not between FC and ESC (or below ESC)
2. Remove GND wire between FC and Apex Regulator
3. Remove Lipo+ between FC and ESC
4. Add GND wire between FC and ApexOSD
   

Th support with FETtec is amazing and fast. I just had to post the issue on github and I had a response within an hour I think.
