so after looking at everything that is happening in the rc hobby world, i started thinking. couldn't we just design something in a 3d cad system, make it open to everyone, so that it can be improved, changed and grow with the community, and then be 3d printed and handed out to any person who wants to build something with it? so first i looked around for some already built designs out there, here is what i found.

as i am still learning to use 3d cad systems, and my lack of knowledge on the mechanics of these gear connections, i haven't built one, yet. hope people find these helpful, if anyone else wants to post something 3d printable that could help this community, please do.
